FOOT WEAR: Tennis shoes, or shoes with smooth bottom surface. If it is snowing or raining please bring a pair of shoes to switch into for class. We do not want to ruin the mats/floor that we will be on.

PARKING: Please park on the South side of the building and walk around. There is limited space on the North side that is being used by the the cheer althletes and coaches. Park outside of Edge Body Boot Camp.

Do not disturb other practices that are in progress within the building.
